BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 4000 block of Teakwood Drive, being on the southeast line of Teakwood Drive southeast of Arbor Place Lane. Two unplatted tracts, being the property described in deed book 3082, page 805, ROHC. Tract 1 (to be rezoned from R-2 to R-3): said tract begins on the southeast line of Teakwood Drive some 290 feet southeast, then some 780 feet southwest, of the intersection of the northeast line of Teakwood Drive with the southeast line of Arbor Place Lane, fronts 320 feet on Teakwood Drive, and extends southeast 150 feet between parallel lines. Tract 2 (to be rezoned from M-3 to C-2): to find the true point of beginning of said tract, start on the southeast line of Teakwood Drive some 290 feet southeast, then some 780 feet southwest, of the intersection of the northeast line of Teakwood Drive with the southeast line of Arbor Place Lane, thence southeast 150 feet to the true point of beginning, thence continuing southeast 259 feet, thence southwest 320 feet, thence northwest 259 feet, thence northeast 320 feet parallel to Teakwood Drive to the true point of beginning. Tax Map No. 120O-H-25.1. from M-3 Warehouse and Wholesale Zone and R-2 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Subject to a sight-obscuring screen along lines abutting residential zones. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
